Growing up in a Cuban-American household, I learned the art of cooking from my parents and grandparents, where food was the heart of every gathering. My professional journey began in DC restaurant kitchens during high school and continued through college, where I worked as a cook, waiter, and delivery driver. After moving to New York City in 2005, I spent several years in restaurants before transitioning to the music industry.
When my family and I relocated to Southwest Florida in 2021, I felt drawn back to my culinary roots. Our home quickly became a gathering place, hosting countless dinner parties where food, laughter, and connection flowed freely. These joyful gatherings inspired the creation of Zach's Kitchen—a way to share our love for good food and warm hospitality with our community.
What began as a humble weekly meal service for our neighbors has blossomed into a full-service catering operation. At Zach's Kitchen, we believe every meal is an opportunity to create connection. We pour the same love and attention into our cooking that I learned in my family's kitchen years ago, delivering the comfort of home-cooked meals to everyone who shares our passion for good food and great company.
